Engagement Confirmation
Fees are agreed and invoiced. Upon your acceptance of the engagement terms and payment of the agreed fee, we formally commence the due diligence exercise. You will receive a confirmation with a reference number and the expected timeline for completion of the report.
Verification Exercise
Documentary searches, registry checks, physical inspection, and comprehensive verification. Our legal team examines title documents, conducts land registry searches, verifies the ownership chain, inspects the property physically, analyses survey plans, and identifies any existing disputes, encumbrances, or government interests.
Report Preparation
Comprehensive due diligence report documenting all findings. The report includes our analysis of each aspect investigated, photographic evidence from site visits, copies of registry search results, risk assessment, and our professional recommendation regarding the property.
Delivery & Certification
Certified report issued to the client. We walk you through the findings to ensure you fully understand the legal status of the property, the risks identified, and our recommendation. You are empowered to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with or withdraw from the transaction.
