Properties Outside Abuja (FCT)
We handle property verifications across all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. For properties located outside Abuja, additional travel and logistics costs may apply to cover the expenses of conducting physical inspections and registry searches in the property's location.
These costs will be communicated and agreed upon before the engagement begins. You will never be charged for travel expenses without prior notice and your approval.
